The one-colour models need simplified artwork. If your logo has several colours, either simplify it or choose the digital model.

The full-colour mug takes a large wrap; pad-printed models range from a forty by forty millimetre square on the London mug to a fifty by fifty square on the standard 330ml and 400ml mugs, while the 300ml and Midnight mugs take a wider band around the body. Supply vector artwork where possible, keep text inside the safe area, and we will confirm fit in the proof.

Allow room for proofing, production and freight, and build in a buffer for any artwork revisions. Heat-reactive and engraved models can take longer than standard pad printing. Share your deadline when you request the quote so we can confirm a workable schedule rather than guess at one.

We prepare a digital proof showing your artwork positioned on the chosen mug and print area. You check colour, placement and spelling, then approve it before production starts. Nothing is printed until you sign off, and changes at proof stage are far easier to fix than after firing.
