Minimums start at 10 units on some lines, caps and tees among them. The typical figure is 100, which is where most cotton bags and gift pouches sit, and a few bulk packaging lines run to 1000. The minimum is shown on every product page, and the unit price steps down as the quantity rises.

Cotton drawstring gift bags start from $1.29 ex-GST at 100 units with a one-colour print. Cotton canvas pencil cases sit around $1.95, and the whole range runs $1.29 to $58 AUD per unit depending on the item, the cloth weight and the branding method. A one-off setup charge per artwork is quoted up front.

Screen print for one- or two-colour logos: the ink bonds with the natural fibre, the edge stays crisp and it is the most economical at volume. Full-colour digital print for photographs and gradients. Embroidery for caps, twill aprons and towels, where a stitched mark holds its colour through heavy washing.

Screen print and embroidery on cotton stand up to regular washing; full-colour digital prints soften a little over many washes, as any printed tee does. Wash cool, inside out, and line dry, and the logo should last as long as the cloth does.

Every order. You receive a digital proof showing your logo at actual size on the chosen item, with print position, colour calls and thread colours for embroidery, and nothing runs until you sign it off. If a colour will shift on natural, unbleached cotton, we flag it at proof stage.
