Custom Sunscreen & Lip Balm

Minimums start at 100 units, and 100 is the typical figure across the collection; the flavoured lip balm and the two-formula duo start at 250. Sunscreen tubes and the zinc oxide lip balm run from 100. Each product page lists its own minimum, and the unit price steps down as the quantity rises.

Flavoured lip balm sticks start from $1.35 ex-GST at 250 units. SPF50+ sunscreen tubes run from $3.12 for the 30ml and $4.68 for the 50ml, the zinc oxide lip balm from $3.35, and across the collection the spread is $1.35 to $6 AUD per unit. A one-off setup charge per artwork is quoted up front.

A full-colour digital label is the usual route on sunscreen tubes and bottles; it wraps the pack and carries a photograph, a gradient or small type. Lip balm sticks take a pad print for a one-colour logo or a full-colour wrap label for richer artwork. Keep the mark simple; a lip balm label is a narrow band.

Sunscreen is SPF50+ in 30ml and 50ml squeeze tubes, plus clip-on bottles in 50ml and 60ml for a bag strap; the 60ml clip-on is an Australian Made line. Lip balm comes as a flavoured SPF15 stick, a zinc oxide stick and a two-formula duo. A Sunburn Alert UV sticker set completes the range.

Standard production runs ten to fifteen business days after proof approval. Count from the day you sign off the proof, not the enquiry date, and have final artwork ready when ordering so the proof turns around quickly. Summer stock is worth ordering before the season turns; tell us the date and we will confirm what is achievable.

Yes, on every order. The digital proof shows your logo at actual size on the tube, stick or sticker sheet, with print position and colour calls marked, and nothing is printed until you sign it off. Changes are easy at proof stage and costly once the labels have run.
