For remote hires, the mailer box is the brand — don't underspend on the opening moment. A kraft or rigid box with a printed belly-band and tissue-wrap costs AU$4-$12 per unit and transforms a pile of objects into a gift. On sizing: always offer inclusive apparel XS-5XL, and collect sizes in the offer-letter paperwork rather than the first-day survey. On lead time: standard kitting runs 10-15 business days from artwork approval; we hold evergreen stock on core lines for same-week top-ups when a hire lands unexpectedly. On MOQ: most kits start at 25-50 for pilot runs, scaling to 500+ for graduate intakes with stepped pricing at 100, 250 and 500. Finally — order a sample kit before you commit.
