Our creative team lives for this part of the brief, so tell us the campaign mood and we'll shortlist four or five pieces with real conviction rather than sending the whole What's New grid. New doesn't always mean unfamiliar. Often the newest arrivals are classic silhouettes with a considered material upgrade — a rPET tote in a better weave, a ceramic mug with a softer matte glaze, a notebook with seeded-paper end-sheets, a powerbank in recycled aluminium. These pieces brief beautifully because they feel fresh without asking your audience to learn a new object. Ask for our current favourites in whichever category you're working in; we keep short-lists running per category. Branding method matters more on new products than on established ones. A new silhouette with a clumsy print loses its whole reason for being. If a new item performs on your first launch, we'll hold it for your reorder and often negotiate better pricing once volume proves out.
